The five facets of infrastructure are legal, governmental, civic, electoral, and education. I believe that these facets are not as strong as they should be because even though they are all meant for the public participation, they limit public participate in some way or the other making it weak. If we see legal facet, the laws that have been made for the public does not involve public decisions. The local and federal bodies are not always on the same page which has resulted in laws that conflict themselves. Moreover, means created for public participation like the ballots are not free from corruption because these do not guarantee decisions in favor of the citizens.
